On the authority of Abi Ruqaiyah Tamim ibn Aws Ad-Dari (RA) that the Prophet sallahu alayhi wa sallama said, " Religion is Naseeha." We said," to whom?". He sallahu alayhi wa sallama, said: " To Allah and his books and his messenger and the leaders of the muslims and their folk." Related by Muslim
The word, naseeha,can not be translated accurately to English because of it's broad concept which can not be traced in English.Some may use the word sincerity but this is only part of the concept- to negate cheating/ deception. According to Imam ibn As-Salah, naseeha is truly seeking the best, interms of intention and action, for the one whom he is making naseeha to.
